Patients can be slow paying for several reasons. We provide a friendly omni-channel service that allows patients to interact with their accounts in the method they prefer in an effort to understand your patients financial situation and confirm payment intentions.
DAY 60 EARLY-OUT BILL REMINDERS
Our first step to increasing your revenue is providing a friendly reminder contact service where we will contact all your late paying patients and insurance providers. This soft touch can be with a CSA call, SMS or secure email. You can use friendly reminder communications in two ways. On contingency where we would negotiate a percentage based on the revenue collected or Flat Fee, $5 per account. Set Fees would be a pre-defined amount per account for making three friendly reminder & discovery commination attempts and messages. Customer calls are made in your institutions name. We will accept payments by phone, A.I Chatbot, or integrated customer service portal. If you prefer to have the patient pay your office directly your fee or contingency percentage will be reduced. As we will not be subjected to a payment processing fee. Capital Services obtains and tracks a consumer expressed opt-in explicit consent and opt-out withdrawal of consent.
